Eliot is basically trying to say that only people who push their limit can actually see how much they can really accomplish. T.S. Eliot made poetry that showed his negative views on life, people, and world. T.S. Eliot took poetry to another level by the way he writes and uses symbolism. Thomas Stearns was born on September 26, 1888. He was born in St. Louis, Missouri. His father was Henry ware Eliot who was the president of the Hydraulic-press company. His mom was Charlotte Champe Stearns, a former teacher, a volunteer at the St. louis, Humanity club and also bit of a poet. T.S. Eliot attended Harvard and Merton college, Oxford. Eliot understands the modern world, he talked about changes in the world. After â€Å"Prufrock†, got published, T.S. Eliot continued to publish some of the most important poems of the twentieth century. He wrote, â€Å"The Wasteland,† which was his most popular poem that he had wrote. T.S. Eliot was awarded the Nobel Prize for literature in 1948. There are other poets that have actually tried to copy his style they were not very good at it. He changed how poetry was. Everybody knew it, that is why he is an important person in history. Poetry adapted because of T.S. Eliot. It took the next step in advancing into something greater. Even now after all these years his poems still hit you. T.S. Eliot always made good poems. He did not make many but they were influential poems that really touches the people wh o read them. Our communication skills vary from one person to the next. There are many ways that we communicate in society with one another. Communication consists of verbal or nonverbal communication. Each individual has a unique style to communicate with society that it’s made up of diversity. Emotions are powerful feelings that may change the emotional well-being of a person. Emotions range from the feeling of joy, happiness, fear, sadness, anger, hate. Feelings will define the happy life journey of one person or the destruction of another. Communication and Emotions go hand in hand, according to your feelings is the way we communicate and relate messages to other people. Successful communication often goes by unnoticed, while poor communication becomes obvious. It is important that we identify the factors that contribute to poor communication for example inappropriate language and sluggish body posture would not be considered effective interpersonal communication. If a client is in your office for their appointment and the counselor is sitting there rolling their eyes and constantly looking at the clock that will be considered to be lack of ethics and professionalism. This gives the client the perception that the professional is not interested in what they are saying. If we change the scenario and the counselor would be listening attentively to a client, he/she would be using the three stage model to exp lore, clarify and the action stage. This gives the client the impression, that the counselor is interested in their issues and wants to help them.
